Health Information Network of Arizona
The Health Information Network of Arizona (HINAz) partnered with OptumInsight to create a statewide HIE in Arizona. HINAz will work with OptumInsight to build the HIE infrastructure to enable the sharing and exchange of clinical data from all available sources across the state. Read more
HEALTHeLINK
HEALTHeLINK, the Western New York Clinical Information Exchange, is a collaborative effort among various organizations to share clinical information in efficient and meaningful ways to improve the delivery of care, enhance clinical outcomes, and help control healthcare costs throughout the region. Michigan Health Information Network
Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services (MiHIN), the state-designated health information exchange (HIE) for Michigan, partnered with OptumInsight to implement Phase One of the MiHIN Strategic and Operational Plan. MiHIN Phase One initial activities focus on streamlining public health reporting for immunizations and disease surveillance, and set the stage for the exchange of structured data such as care summaries to support transitions of care. Tucson Medical Center: The Nation’s First Sustainable Health Community
OptumInsight partnered with Tucson Medical Center and local physicians to create the nation’s first Sustainable Health Community. Based on a collaborative care model in which hospitals, physicians, residents, employers and others share in the risk and rewards of making the health system work better for everyone, this new model will help hospitals, participating physicians and health care plans collaborate to better coordinate care, improve quality and, ultimately, increase consumers’ satisfaction with the health system. Quality Health Network
Quality Health Network (QHN), a non-profit organization in western Colorado that created an HIE more than seven years ago, partnered with OptumInsight to strengthen interoperability and facilitate ongoing improvements across its HIE. QHN has become a national model for successful HIEs. Read more
Utah Health Information Network
The Utah Health Information Network (UHIN), the state-designated HIE for Utah, partnered with OptumInsight to enable the clinical Health Information Exchange (cHIE) connection to the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), using the Nationwide Health Information Network (NHIN) protocols. Read more
